This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 323, 324, 307, 341, 342, 384 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both sides are agnates. For land dispute, the petitioners allegedly entered into the house of the informant and committed assault and theft etc.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is counter case and just to pressurize in the land dispute, present false case has been lodged.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
