Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The only grievance raised in the present application is non issuance of original certificate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the provisional certificate of Madhyama Examination was issued by Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board in favour of the petitioner in the year 2008 but the petitioner has not been issued original
Patna High Court CWJC No.15197 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 certificate.
In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to examine their record and if the petitioner has passed Madhyama Examination then the Sanskrit Shiksha Board shall issue examination certificate.
Necessary decision granting Madhyama Certificate by the respondents must be taken at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
