The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, submits that the petitioner be granted a chance to renew his prayer for bail, in case the on going trial is not concluded within a period of one year from today.

It goes without saying that the petitioner is always at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, in accordance with law and for the said purpose no permission is warranted. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/SauravU T
