The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 481 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 364 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., (Annexure-4 to the supplementary affidavit) voluntarily stated that she had love affairs with one Anirudh Kumar, tied herself in wedlock with him and she was not kidnapped by anyone. Her family members have falsely roped the petitioner in the present case.

No.27780 of 2017 (3) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 481 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
