The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Cheria Batiyarpur P.S. Case No.182 of 2021 instituted under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have been arrested and as such he withdrawing the anticipatory bail application.

The allegation in the FIR is assaulting the informant and so far as this petitioner is concerned there is specific allegation of giving 'Khanti' blow on the front side of his head. Taking into account the specific allegation that has

With the aforesaid observations, the application is rejected.
