Petitioner is accused in connection with Bettiah (T) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2019 registered under Sections 20, 23, 24, 25, 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of the First Information Report itself, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.03.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of
