2. The appellants apprehends their arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.611 of 2018, registered for the offences u/s 147, 149, 323, 354B, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(r) of SC/ST (POA) Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
