2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging disobedience of the order dated 28.03.2016 passed in C.W.J.C No. 13943 of 2015.

3. From the materials on record, it appears that the Court had given liberty to the petitioner to file a representation and the University was to dispose off the same by a reasoned order and further if any payment was found due, the same was also to be paid.

4. Show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 2 and 3.

5. At the very outset, learned counsel for the University submitted that though a reasoned order has not been passed, but the calculation chart has been given to the petitioner and nothing has been pointed out to dispute the same in terms of the order of the Court.

6. Having perused the materials on record, the Court finds that the contention of learned counsel for the University is correct. However, as there was specific direction for passing a reasoned order, let the same be done within two weeks and copy given to the petitioner.

7. The application stands disposed off.
