2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a typographical error has occurred in paragraph 4 of the order dated 24.08.2023.

3. The paragraph 4 of the order dated 24.08.2023 reads as follows:- "4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that out of Rs. 8,87,501/-, petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 2,00,000/- through demand draft at the time of furnishing bail bond before the court below and rest amount of Rs. 6,87,501/- in four installments within a period of six months from the date of order."

4. In the order dated 24.08.2023, instead of "Nazarat",

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50294 of 2023(4) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 it has wrongly been mentioned in the said order as "court below".

5. Accordingly, in paragraph 4 of the order dated 24.08.2023, "court below" be read as "Nazarat".

6. Further four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner from today to surrender and furnish the bail bond in the court below.

7. The order dated 24.08.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
