2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tarapur PS Case No. 148 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022, instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was identifier on the sale deed duly executed by Bibhanshu Kumar Choudhary in favour of the purchaser Faiyaz Alam.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is simply an identifier and he has nothing to do with the fraud allegedly committed by the vendor and the purchaser. Further, it is submitted that one witness of the sale deed, namely, Md. Tabrej Uddin and the purchaser, Faiaz Alam, have been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50731 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 vide Cr. Misc. No. 14253 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 6470 of 2023 respectively. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM- IV, Munger, in Tarapur PS Case No. 148 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
7. The application stands allowed.
