The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 957 of 2014 on 19.03.2014 in connection with Jale P.S. Case No. 57 of 2013, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Darbhanga.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 957 of 2014 seeking permission for extension of the period of surrender in the court below.

Vide order dated 16.07.2014 passed in the present case, the petitioner was directed to file a supplementary affidavit, bringing on record all the prescriptions and the reports of different

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29415 of 2014 (3) dt.22-05-2017 2/2 tests conducted for the treatment of ailment of the petitioner as claimed by him but till date no supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner in compliance to the said order dated 16.07.2014.

I find no merit in the present case. The same is dismissed.
