At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered with the Judgment dated 05.07.2021 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 3323 of 2019, hence the present writ petition can also be disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment.

3. In view of the fair submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, in my view, no useful purpose would be served

Patna High Court CWJC No.2809 of 2021 dt.19-06-2024 2/2 keeping this writ application pending.

4. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.5) enclosing a copy of the Judgment dated 05.07.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3323 of 2019 along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today and respondent no.5 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel.

5. It is made clear that the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.5) shall be personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
