Petitioner is accused in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 580 of 2018 registered under Section 304(B) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that the deceased was suffering from psychiatric ailments and depression before her marriage. Thereafter, the deceased was being treated by the petitioner regularly. This is a case of suicide. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42764 of 2019(3) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 580 of 2018.
