2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Spl. (POCSO) Act Case No. 47 of 2019 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and 8/12 of the Spl (POCSO) Act..

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have stopped the informant's daughter on her way to tuition and behaved indecently with her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

His further submission is that when the informant realised the fact, both the parties have compromised. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is under incarceration since 19.12.2024 i.e. near about a year. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, clean antecedent of the petitioner and period of incarceration, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special POCSO Judge, Patna in connection with Spl. (POCSO) Act Case No. 47 of 2019 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperated with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
