2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 20.04.2015 passed by the learned CJM, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014.

3. Learned counsels appearing for both the parties have submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per the terms of compromise, learned counsel for the petitioners is handing over the last installment through cheque of Rs. 20,00,000/- (twenty lakhs) to the learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 Smt. Bandhan Singh.

4. After being paid the cheque, Smt. Bandana Singh also submits that the matter has been settled.

5. Considering the settlement between the parties, this application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, the entire criminal proceedings in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 including the order taking cognizance dated 20.04.2015 against all the accused persons of the FIR which includes the non-petitioners also is hereby quashed.

7. In case of dishonoring of the cheque, the O.P. No. 02 will be at liberty to file a revival petition in this Court. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
