The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khazanihat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute involved is purely civil in nature for which criminal prosecution is not warranted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29241 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Khazanihat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
