The petitioner is the legal heir of pre-emptor, now

Patna High Court CWJC No.2979 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 he wants to refund 10% amount deposited with the respondent authority.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the authority concerned for refund of 10% amount deposited by the father of the petitioner. If such an application is filed, the authority concerned shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such application and will also refund the amount at the earliest. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
