In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.4 to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court and act accordingly.
