JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the State and for the Accountant General, Bihar. In the show cause filed on behalf of the State, it is stated that the order under contempt has been complied with by fixing the final pension of the petitioner and also by paying arrears of pension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved that the pay fixation of the petitioner has been done at a lower rate than what had been allowed earlier.

Patna High Court MJC No.3419 of 2013 (4) dt.14-09-2016 In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed, as the order under contempt has been complied with. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the pay fixation order, in case he is aggrieved by the same in appropriate proceedings.
