JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 By order dated 10.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12897 of 2017, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.208 of 2016. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time. Prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed.

Further six weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
