JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Patna, to dispose off the pending Arms License Appeal No. 01 of 2022, filed by the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid arms license appeal is still pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off within a fixed time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.11987 of 2022(2) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 petition with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Patna, to dispose off the aforesaid Arms License Appeal No. 01 of 2022, if not already disposed off, by passing appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
