2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for an offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)i, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner is to have in possession of two live cartridges.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the alleged recovery. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2024.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 124 of 2024.
6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not involve in the similar nature of offence, failing which, the State shall be at liberty to move before the Trial Court itself for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
