JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.2, namely, Amit Shukla, has died during the pendency of this application and, as such, this application in respect of the petitioner no.2, namely, Amit Shukla, has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this application in respect of the petitioner no.2, namely, Amit Shukla.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this application in respect of the petitioner no.2, namely, Amit Shukla, is dismissed as withdrawn.
Now, today, only the prayer of the petitioner no.1, namely, Pankaj Shukla, for grant of pre-arrest bail is being

Heard.
The petitioner no.1, namely, Pankaj Shukla, apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.196 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 384, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
Considering that the prayer of the petitioner no.1, namely, Pankaj Shukla, along with Amit Shukla, for grant of pre-arrest bail has already been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.06.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.14164 of 2017, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner no.1, namely, Pankaj Shukla, for grant of pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner no.1, namely, Pankaj Shukla, for grant of pre-arrest bail is again rejected.
