JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 26-04-2022 Challenge in the present Letters Patent Appeal is to the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The operative part whereof reads as under:

"Attention of the court is drawn to Annexure 3 whereby the petitioner has claimed for certain payment from District Registrar, Saran Chapra. In respect of the same, however, this Court would direct the District Registrar (respondent No. 2) to examine the claim and appropriate orders in accordance with law should be passed disposing of the same by a reasoned and speaking order and making payments of due and admissible amount."

Limited prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the appellant for fixing a time-frame for the District

Patna High Court L.P.A No.65 of 2021(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 Registrar to examine the claim and pass appropriate orders. Accordingly, we direct that in case claim of the appellant is still pending for final decision with the District Registrar, Saran, Chapra, he shall ensure that the same culminates within four weeks from today.

The Appeal stands disposed of.
