2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification of order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3601 of 2019 by granting further time to the petitioners herein to surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 as the petitioners could not surrender within the stipulated time as they were working outside the State.

3. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the time granted for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45880 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 surrender and furnishing bail bond by petitioners herein before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3601 of 2019 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

4. The modification petition stands allowed.
