2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 420 / 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he established physical relation with the informant on the pretext of marriage resulting in her pregnancy, but subsequently, refused to marry her.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. During trial, the informant was examined on 13.05.2024, in which, informant has admitted that she was in love with this petitioner and due to affair with the petitioner, the informant started mounting pressure on the petitioner for marriage. In fact, the informant has denied the prosecution case and has been declared hostile by

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - I, Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 261 of 2024, arising out of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 417 of 2022.
