2. The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For commanding the respondent no.8 to institute a case against the respondent no.9, as already submitted on 17.02.2025 before the respondent no.8 and also taking departmental action who have misused their authority.

(ii) For commanding the respondent no.1 to 7 to take legal action as departmental proceeding against the respondent no.8 and respondent no.9.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1440 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 (iii) For commanding the respondents to arrest the respondent no.9, after lodging FIR against him including for taking departmental action against the responsible officers, who have misused their authority.

(iv) For commanding the respondent no.1, 2 and 3 to hold an independent and fair investigation. (v) For any other relief(s) to which the petitioner is entitled to in the eye of law.

3. It appears that the petitioner was proceeded against by one Pankaj Kumar, Junior Electrical Engineer, Electric Supply Office, Dhanarua, Bihar/ respondent no.9, and the petitioner wants to register an F.I.R. against him through this Court.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to pass any order for registration of the F.I.R.
