The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 337, 338, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of injuries and specific allegation by the injured as against the petitioner of having used a knife and there are incise wounds by sharp edge weapon both on the upper abdomen as well as on the back side and left little finger, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
