Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is suspected to have committed murder of the son of the informant only for the reason that the petitioner and others were seen in the lane between the house of the informant and the place of recovery of dead body. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of material, let the petitioner, above named, who is a female, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
