Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Puraini PS case no. 99 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
It has been alleged by the informant that while he was going to his basa, some accused persons had stopped his motorcycle and one of the accused persons shot at him hitting his leg.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not FIR named accused person, has clean antecedent and similarly situated co- accused namely Rajeev Kumar who is said to have shot at the informant has already been granted bail vide order dated 07.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15118 of 2017.

No.32607 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct deem it fit and appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the abovenamed petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Puraini PS case no. 99 of 2016 subject to the conditions enumerated under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
