JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019, G.R. No. 453/2019 for the offenses under Sections 413, 414, 420, 400, 401, 201, 216 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in business of stolen mobile and motorcycle but nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner to implicate him in the commission of the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2019.

Considering the fact that no incriminating article was

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S.
