The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2022 in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 286 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has a long list of criminal history. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has mentioned 11 cases on the instruction of the Parvikar of the petitioner, but it seems that the petitioner is accused in some more cases for which he wants time to file supplementary affidavit after seeking instruction. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in view of the long list of the criminal antecedents. It is accordingly dismissed.

The District Judge, Madhepura is directed to transfer all the interim cases in one Court and conclude the trial of the under mentioned cases expeditiously.
