The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 140 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that prior to this case, petitioner also filed a case against the informant and his agnates and on the date of occurrence of this case, petitioner was under treatment of Doctor, as detailed in the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26324 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No. 140 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
