The petitioner seeks bail in Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 8 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 45 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner happens to be the husband of deceased.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during trial father, mother and brother of deceased and one more witness have been examined, but none of them supported the prosecution case and they have been declared hostile. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.09.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
