The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.11.2014 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya in Supply Revision Case No. 295 of 2013 whereby and whereunder the revision application has been dismissed on the ground of limitation; for further direction to the respondent no. 2 to allow the limitation petition and pass the fresh order on the revision application; and for connected reliefs.
3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the grievance of the present nature may be raised before the Principal
Patna High Court CWJC No.3469 of 2015 dt.03-08-2018 2/2 Secretary/Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department as provided under Clause 15(e) of the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001, as amended in 2011.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the said Authority. If any such petition is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same may be considered and disposed of after grant of opportunity of hearing to the parties in accordance with law, expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of three months thereafter (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Chandran AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE N.A.
