The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajauli P.S. Case No.550 of 2020 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that during course of investigation the Branch Manager of Nawada Central Cooperative Bank Limited has clarified that whatsoever irregularities committed earlier have already been corrected and, thus, no defalcation has been made vide Annexure 3. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
