ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have not been initially named in the First Information Report, but subsequently, at the instance of certain mischievous villagers, the names have been brought in. It is further submitted that the case was registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, but thereafter, certain mischievous allegations came up which have resulted in the prosecution of the present petitioners.

No.27745 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 P2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 15/17, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
