2. The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections414, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-8© and 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. Allegedly, on the tip off, some accused persons including the petitioner have been arrested and some contraband was recovered from possession of the accused persons. 1.7 gms. of smack is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The recovered

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, NDPS-1, Muzaffarpu in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
