The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 registered under Sections 409, 419, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 7 & 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of the first information report itself it appears that the work was done within time as per estimate. The present complaint has been lodged after three and half years of construction of the road. Breaking of roads depend on load of the

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge , Vigilance I, Patna in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
