JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no. 2 to pass order on petition dated 13.01.2015 filed by the petitioner in Case No. 27/2014 wherein prayer has been made to release the vehicle of the petitioner i.e. Swaraj Tractor, Registration No.-BR-05G/5317 along with its Trailor Registration No. BR-05G 3892 as was seized in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 239/14 dated 12.09.2014 for the offence under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act; and further direction may be given to release the aforesaid vehicle.
