In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.307 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that when the son of the informant Ganesh Sah was sitting at his shop, then three miscreants on a bike came, got into altercation and one of them fired from firearm in the head of Ganesh Sah, thereafter, they fled away, as a result of which, he died on the spot. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
