JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.02.2008 passed in Appeal Case No. 176 of 2007-2008 by learned Collector, Araria by which the matter has been remanded to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Araria with direction to enquire into the matter; and also for quashing the order dated 20.12.2007 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Araria by which petitioner's PDS licence has been cancelled.
2. Mr. Ram Narayan Mahto, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition and hence, the same need not be pressed.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
