Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mehadiganj P.S.Case No. 02 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 293, 294, 354, 436, 385, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that in the gate of house of the informant some greeting cards with filthy language were thrown and gate was painted with tarcoal and on the western wall of the house papers with filthy language regarding her daughter aged about 13 years were thrown and earlier also such type of occurrence took place for which Mehadiganj P.S.Case Nos. 35.16, 28/15 and 82/16 were lodged against the accused persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50056 of 2018 (4) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation made against the petitioner and only on the basis of suspicion he has been implicated in this case. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Mehadiganj P.S.Case No. 02 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioner shall not threat or harass the victim girl and her family members, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
