Case No.342 of 2016, pending in the court of Sri Sudhir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jehanabad, and which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 20.06.2019 passed by this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, Criminal Misc. No.76828 of 2018 is restored to its original file and number.
