The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is a case of open fire in the air and abused to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there is general and omnibus allegation against him. Neither anybody was hit nor anyone got injured by opening the fire by accused persons.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
