KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to complete the selection process on the post of Anganbari Sevika which was initiated in the year 2012.

It has been submitted that pursuant to said selection process, final selection has been made and Anganwari Sevika has been appointed as such present petition has become infructuous. Petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of Anganwari Sevika and her non-appointment which is not the subject matter of present writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final selection process and appointment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11553 of 2014(3) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 Anganwari Sevika in accordance with law.

With aforesaid liberty and observation this writ petition stands disposed of.
