The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, four accused persons on two motorcycles on the point of pistol are said to have robbed the informant of Rs.4500/ besides other articles as mentioned in the FIR.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against four unknown. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in Bidupur P.S. case no. 368 of 2019 and based on the confessional statement of petitioner in the said case made before the police, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in twenty one other cases including the instant case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55583 of 2021(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who is in custody in the instant case since 6.5.2020 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case without putting him on T.I. parade.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case including chargesheet having been submitted in the case without putting the petitioner on TI parade inspite of the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case no. 157 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
