ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 9/2017 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 149, 152, 152A, 298, 332, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that some local people was trying to create disharmony between the two communities. It is further submitted that no specific allegation is made against these petitioners.

Considering the vague nature of allegation made against the petitioners and that the petitioners have got no criminal
