2. On 23.09.2016, the Court had recorded that the matter be listed after disposal of L.P.A. No. 1328 of 2016.

3. It appears that one Chandeshwar Prasad Singh had filed writ before the Court seeking similar relief which was dismissed and against that he has filed L.P.A. No. 1328 of 2016. In such background, the Court has directed for listing the present case after disposal of L.P.A. No. 1328 of 2016.

4. Since then, L.P.A. No. 1328 of 2016 stands dismissed

Patna High Court CWJC No.5431 of 2016 dt.22-11-2018 2/2 for non prosecution by order dated 05.12.2017. The same has yet not been restored.
