The petitioner seeks bail in Gogri P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(ii) of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and 12 live cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has been remanded in this case on 22.01.2021 and since then he is in judicial custody. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54875 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021.
